What is the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal means that, based on legal authorisation, we may unilaterally withdraw from a contract concluded online and, if the product is returned, we may request the trader to refund the amount paid by us. The right of withdrawal compensates for the fact that before purchasing, we did not have the opportunity to inspect and try out the product, and also that before purchasing, we could only rely on the information unilaterally provided by the seller.
