The result of a successful collaboration between master angler Gábor Döme and the Japanese hook manufacturer Gamakatsu.
The Fine Feeder is based on the 1810B hook design, enhanced to improve hooking and fish retention. The result is a short-shank, spade-end hook with an out-of-plane, inward-bent point, fine wire and a wide gape.
This hook is ideal when fish are feeding cautiously. It can greatly increase catch rates even in difficult conditions when conventional hooks are ineffective. Particularly recommended for picker rods and soft feeder rods, with thin monofilament hooklengths measuring 0.08–0.16 mm.
