A durable device with anti-theft protection and a battery-voltage indicator, combined with a bite-alarm tent light!
This excellent bite alarm offers low power consumption, a large indicator LED and a modern design with numerous adjustment options. It has a bite afterglow and a range of 150–300 m.
Insert a 9 V alkaline battery into the rear compartment of both the bite alarm and receiver, observing the correct polarity.
Power on/off: Press and hold the V button for 2 seconds. The function light (left LED) flashes and a beep sounds.
Volume control: Press the V button to select one of six volume levels. After reaching maximum volume, the device returns to mute mode. Even in mute mode, the device still sends bite signals to the receiver. The receiver automatically adopts the tone set on the transmitters.
Tone selection: Press the T button to choose one of seven different tones.
Sensitivity: Press the S button to choose one of four sensitivity levels, indicated by signals of different lengths. The shortest signal corresponds to the lowest sensitivity. To enable 30-second mute mode, hold the S button for 2 seconds.
Night light: Press and hold the T button for 2 seconds to switch it on or off. The light colour is determined by the transmitter unit. If the battery's nominal voltage is too low, the function light flashes five times.
Receiver unit – vibration mode: Press the vibration button. Press and hold the M button for 2 seconds to switch the night light on or off. Press M to check which transmitter colour most recently indicated a bite.
Re-pairing: To identify transmitter frequencies again, hold the S button for 2 seconds. Match the devices by turning each transmitter's magnetic wheel as the red, green, blue and yellow lights flash in sequence.
The device can trigger a special alarm if it receives an abnormal message from a bite alarm, such as a theft attempt.
Using the tent light: Insert three AAA alkaline batteries into the rear compartment of the lamp, observing the correct polarity. Press and hold the ON/OFF button to switch it on or off.
The lamp's LED light can be switched on and off independently of the bite alarms by pressing the LED ON/OFF button. The Brightness button offers four brightness levels.
Press the V button to choose from six bite-alarm volume levels.
Press Delay Time to select one of six post-bite flashing intervals. This helps identify which colour-coded bite alarm most recently triggered.
