We wanted rods with an even stronger backbone and a stiffer action — true casting machines!
We added aramid between the IM-12 carbon layers, significantly improving the blank's properties. Despite their ultra-slim diameter, these rods have exceptional power reserves. Their casting performance is outstanding without adding unnecessary weight.
The surface of the new SSC guides is much smoother than that of standard guides, greatly reducing line friction and helping achieve longer casts. Guide sizing has also been adapted to these exceptional characteristics. The design and attention to detail match the extra-premium category that we set out to create with the Karma rods.
