The new Magma is an armoured, ultra-strong line designed specifically for rough fishing grounds where razor-sharp mussels and rocks make landing fish difficult.
During production, highly abrasion-resistant Spectra is blended with fibres of similar hardness and tightly woven into a strong line. The braid is then covered with an extremely tough, armoured coating that resists abrasion.
It was tested on volcanic lakes in Italy, where it performed exceptionally well among rocks under intense abrasive stress. It is highly recommended for waters that ordinary braided lines cannot handle and for situations where nothing but the best will do.
