Quality carp fishing requires a quality reel!
The MOJO LONG CAST reel was developed for long-distance carp fishing and includes a range of technical refinements. Its ultra-slow spool oscillation creates an exceptionally precise line lay, even when winding in after playing a fish.
Perfect line lay is essential for achieving maximum casting distance. Despite its size, the reel runs exceptionally smoothly and evenly, thanks to high-quality components and tightly controlled manufacturing. Large corrosion-resistant bearings support critical points in the drive mechanism, allowing it to withstand heavy loads.
The thick main shaft is also made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel to maximise wear resistance. The drag system is unusual too: a quick-drag mechanism is built into the large drag knob and engages almost fully with just half a turn. An integrated anti-backswing system prevents the bail arm from snapping back during powerful casts.
The reel's exterior also reflects its high quality!
