Electronic bite alarm with a coloured LED indicator built into the roller and provision for elevated rod-rest forks.
The device offers several practical features, including a built-in battery-voltage meter and a 20-second bite afterglow. A separate night light can be switched on at the transmitters. The receiver also features vibration mode. The set can be re-paired easily.
USING THE BITE ALARM: Insert three AAA batteries into the rear compartment of each transmitter, observing the correct polarity, then move the switch on the bottom of the device to turn it on.
Press the V button to adjust the volume through eight levels. After reaching maximum volume, the device cycles back to the silent range.
Press the T button to select one of eight different tones.
Press the S button to select one of six sensitivity levels. Level one is the most sensitive.
Briefly press the L button to switch on the light illuminating the magnetic wheel.
USING THE RECEIVER: Insert three AAA alkaline batteries into the receiver, observing the correct polarity. Use the switch on top of the device to turn it on or off.
Press the V button to adjust the volume through eight levels. After reaching maximum volume, the device cycles back to the silent range.
Press the T button to select one of eight different tones.
Briefly press the vibration-symbol button to activate vibration mode; this works independently of the volume settings.
RE-PAIRING: Press the L and V buttons simultaneously to activate pairing mode. Press the L button again to select a transmitter (red, blue, green or yellow). After selecting the alarm and its corresponding light, turn the transmitter's magnetic wheel to pair the device with the receiver. Press the L button to exit the function.
MAINTENANCE: Always remove the batteries after use and store the set without batteries. The set is waterproof. However, if water reaches the internal electronics and the bite alarm starts lighting or beeping continuously, remove the batteries and leave the rear cover open until it dries.
