A glossy black (NS), eyed, barbless hook for fish with hard, fleshy mouths.
A reinforced version of the LS-2260B. One of the main reasons the original series became popular is that it is exceptionally strong and robust despite its small size, and holds its point very well. The new series belongs to the A1-Hard family, made from a special material developed specifically for hook manufacturing. Adding tungsten and vanadium produces one of the best steel alloys for hooks.
Recommended baits: two or three kernels of corn (size 4–8), maggots, worms, soft pellets (size 10–12), pellets mounted on silicone (size 6–12), and other large threaded baits (size 6–8).
Target species: carp (all hook sizes), bream species (sizes 10–12), barbel (sizes 6–8), grass carp (sizes 4–10) and nase (sizes 8–12).
