The NEVIS POWERMATCH was developed for anglers who appreciate higher-quality reels!
Its advanced specifications and premium construction meet even the expectations of demanding anglers. Despite its sturdy build, the graphite-hybrid body houses a smooth-running drive. It is easy to wind even when playing larger fish. The lightweight body and AIR-LIGHT rotor keep overall weight low, making it especially suitable for match and feeder rods. The handle has an ergonomic soft EVA grip that remains comfortable even in cold weather. Its length is optimised for very fast retrieval and gives extra leverage when playing fish. The widened aluminium spool has a LONG CAST lip, allowing line to leave smoothly for longer casts.
The five ball bearings and one roller bearing provide smooth running and long service life. The precision front drag operates without sticking, so even very thin lines can be used trouble-free. It applies the selected drag pressure smoothly. The metal line clip helps with accurate fishing using both match and feeder rods. The enlarged line roller works reliably to prevent line twist. Its compact size also makes it excellent for spinning with thin line, as well as match and feeder fishing.
