Quick Lock magnetic adapter

A clever accessory for attaching electronic bite alarms and rod-rest heads or forks.
One end screws onto any bankstick or rod pod and can be adjusted finely using the rubber ring. The other end screws onto the rod-rest fork or bite alarm. A strong magnet connects the two parts.
It holds the equipment securely during bites and under load, but the parts can be separated easily when packing away.
It significantly speeds up assembly and dismantling at the water's edge, avoiding repeated screwing and unscrewing. It also preserves the equipment's settings, so once reconnected the bite alarms and rod rests immediately face the correct direction.
