Sabalo 4000 5+1

A new model has joined the REIVA reel range for the autumn spinning season!
The aluminium body ensures a long service life and withstands heavy use. Only aluminium-bodied reels can achieve tolerances accurate to hundredths of a millimetre. It also delivers a precise line lay, even with thin braided lines.
The finely machined spool has an angled lip that lets line leave more easily, enabling longer and more accurate casts.
We designed a special ergonomic handle for the machined aluminium crank, providing a comfortable grip even during long fights. The computer-balanced rotor runs without vibration.
Its restrained appearance conveys strength. The most noticeable feature may be the absence of an anti-reverse switch. This is common on heavy-duty big-game and saltwater reels: it prevents a powerful fish from wrenching the handle from your hand and removes an opening through which water could enter the reel body.
Despite its solid, robust construction, it runs surprisingly smoothly. The larger sizes are excellent for catfish spinning!
