The composition of carbohydrate-based boilies differs from that of conventional fishmeal-based boilies!
Because larger carp have a high demand for carbohydrates, this type of bait can be more effective for specimen fish.
It can also be effective in heavily fished waters, where cautious, larger fish may no longer take classic fishmeal boilies.
It can be used all year round; only the quantity fed needs to change with water temperature. Use less in colder water and increase the amount as the water warms.
For optimal results, high-carbohydrate ingredients are combined with complete, easily digestible protein sources. Nutrient-rich meals are supplemented with amino acids, vitamins and appetite stimulants. In waters with bullheads, these boilies may help avoid bites from them because they tend to prefer other compositions.
It is available in flavours that carp readily recognise, helping larger carp find it even on silty bottoms. Its smooth, hard outer surface makes it easy to cast with a throwing stick. It is excellent for grass carp fishing as well as carp.
