An updated version of the popular By Döme TEAM FEEDER Master Carp feeder rod range.
The new lengths are 365LC, 395LC, 430LC and 395RXH. Why these lengths? They produced the best rod performance during development and should also make the new versions easier to distinguish from previous models.
The LC models are optimised for LONG CAST, or long-distance feeder fishing. As rod length increases, so do power and achievable casting distance. These models are designed for distances of 100+, 120+ and 140+ metres. When choosing a rod, consider your physique, arm length, height and strength. For example, we do not recommend the longest version for children. These casting distances can only be achieved when the rod is paired with a suitably weighted and shaped feeder basket, an optimally sized reel, main line, shock leader and appropriate casting technique.
The rod is made from 60TON high-modulus Toray Carbon. The new material structure and high-quality finish give it an impressive, powerful look — the kind that makes you believe it really can send a rig into orbit! And it will not break into eight pieces on the first cast. The handles remain split and long enough to provide the leverage needed to grip firmly and pull with full force during a cast. The ultra-strong Seaguide Titanium High Frame double-foot guide set is especially striking. The guides on the 395RXH and 430LC models are even larger than on the previous versions, and this more durable type is optimised for even longer casts.
