Improved professional method feeder basket.
The Vario PRO Method feeder basket was designed to present larger baits as well, so it has only two ribs. This increases its capacity compared with the previous model. Its body shares the shape of the Long Cast basket, one of the most popular distance-casting feeders on the market.
It is called Vario because you can change the basket to a lighter or heavier one of the same size without dismantling the end tackle.
Another new feature is the method clip at the end of the basket, designed primarily for quick hooklength changes. Its diameter is sized to grip gently at the end of the line-guide tube, securing the end tackle and helping achieve reliable hook-ups.
During the fight, however, the clip always slips out of the end of the basket and moves away from it, minimising the risk of the basket knocking the hook out of the fish's mouth.
The new method feeder connector is made of plastic but is still extremely strong and durable. The main line loops through one end, which must withstand powerful casts; the hooklength clips onto the other end and can be pulled by even a specimen fish.
Compatible chargers: 7345-001 and 7341-001
